NATE REEVE, Principle
Nate’s career began at the young age of 9 by helping his dad with survey and blueprinting construction plans.
After many years of working side by side with his dad, Nate took over the company in 2010 as president. Nate graduated from Utah State University with his degree in civil engineering in 2000. As a licensed professional civil and structural engineer, his project portfolio includes large-scale land development projects with full on and off-site infrastructure improvements as well as site development projects for the commercial, industrial, residential, and public building sectors. Nate has served as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) president and was the first recipient of the Enterprise 7 Elite Award.
Nate is married and has two sons and two daughters. Outside of work, Nate is a lover of sports. He enjoys playing basketball, pickleball and golf and water sports. He also loves traveling to Lake Powell and spending time with his family.
Chris J. Cave is a land planner and project manager at Reeve & Associates. Chris has worked for Reeve & Associates since 1994 and began his career as a CAD drafter.
CHRIS CAVE, Land Planning
Chris spent a number of years as an understudy to John P. Reeve. Chris specializes in site planning for complex commercial development projects and large-scale residential subdivisions (up to 2800-lots). He develops conceptual overlay plans useful for demonstrating how a proposed development conforms to the area’s Master Plan. By working closely with the owner early on, he establishes a strong development vision that defines goals for land uses, lot sizes, and density. With these goals established, he designs the most optimal site layouts. In addition, he has developed strong working relationships with municipalities to move a project as quickly as possible through the planning process. He enjoys managing a diverse range of projects from start to finish balanced with overseeing the marketing efforts for the firm.
Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends exploring new places, hiking, golfing and just being with them. Chris especially enjoys running marathons and relay races such as the Ogden Half and Ragnar. He also enjoys working on cars and yardwork.
Jeremy Draper, PE, MBA is the Development Manager.
Jeremy is married and has two daughters and one son. He enjoys long distance trail running in the mountains, exploring new places, volunteering and working with the Boy Scouts of America and playing golf. He loves new adventures.
Jeff holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from Utah State University.
Jeff joined the Reeve & Associates team in 2014 and he currently holds professional engineer licenses in Utah and Arizona. Jeff grew up in the construction industry and worked for his dad framing custom homes for many years. As they worked on various projects, Jeff wondered about the how and why these homes were built the way they were and decided to pursue structural engineering. Due to his experience, Jeff brings a depth of knowledge that bridges the gap between contractor and engineer which results in a project that is economical, practical, and buildable.
Jeff and his wife, Ashlee, live in Kaysville with their three children. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, ice fishing, hunting, and rebuilding his dad’s 1949 CJ-2a Willy’s Jeep.
Christy has a background in subdivision marketing and development as well as life-long experience in the construction industry.
During Christy’s time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She grew up appreciating the outdoors and loves hunting, camping, fishing, hiking, participating in and watching sports. Since she was young, she has been an avid Raiders and LA Dodgers fan. When she is not outdoors, you can find her working on a new craft. She enjoys finding unique undesired pieces and turning them into something special.
Robin Belnap is the Office Manager/Accountant for Reeve & Associates. She has worked for Reeve & Associates for six years. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and
ROBIN BELNAP, Office Mngr
more than 30 years of accounting and human resources experience. She manages all accounting and human resource functions for Reeve & Associates as well as providing support for all of the other departments within the company.
Robin enjoys bodybuilding, playing tennis, running relay races and spending time with her family camping and rzr riding. Robin and her husband Gregg, enjoy spending time with their two sons and daughter-in-laws and their twin grandbabies. In 2014, she left her comfort zone and began competing in bodybuilding.
Jason has worked in the survey and engineering field since 1997 in which he earned a Drafting and Design Certification from Davis Applied Technical Center.
JASON FELT, Land Surveying
He then returned to Salt Lake Community College and graduated in 2014 with his Surveying and Geomatics Degree to become a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
With past experience in both land surveying and engineering, he brings to Reeve the depth of experience necessary for managing complex site and land development projects. Jason oversees preparing ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, boundary, topography, GPS, and construction survey activities for a vast range of commercial, industrial, residential, roadway and infrastructure projects. He enjoys the multi-faceted nature of the industry, seeing is efforts translate into results, and applying the acquired skills to move projects from initial planning to fully functional sites.
In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 5 children by working a meaningful job which provides him with the opportunity to create lasting memories with them.
Nathan Peterson, PLA is Reeve & Associate’s landscape architect. He attended Utah State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in horticulture

NICK ANDERSON
KEN HUNTER, Civil
He has been with Reeve & Associates since November of 2016. He focues on a wide variety of projects including commercial, residential, and single lot designs.
He has a beautiful wife, a son, and has another on the way in March 2018. His hobbies include reading (fiction), computer games, building computers, going on road trips, and starting home improvement projects that are way too big for one person.
RYAN HANSEN, Civil
He has been with the company for over 21 years. He is the Senior Design Technician and has helped in the drafting and design of hundreds of commercial and residential projects in Utah and the Western United States. He works closely with the project engineers and managers to provide complete, accurate & readable plans for the client and municipal review. He has helped develop company standards, details and processes for efficient and timely project completion.
Ryan and his wife have been married for over 20 years and have four handsome boys. When not working, he enjoys road trips, camping, exploring historical places, and chasing trains with his family. He loves to travel and spend time exploring places away from home. He grew up in a family of seven children; five boys & two girls. He is the sixth of the seven children. He has spent most of his life along the Wasatch Front. One of the peculiar things about him is that his younger brother married his wife’s younger sister.
JAREN MEYERS, Civil
He specializes in conceptual commercial site layouts. He also focuses on coordinating civil, utility, grading and erosion controls plans. During his time at Reeve and Associates he has earned his Registered Stormwater Inspector Certification and oversees construction site inspections and stormwater pollution prevention plan creation.
Jaren is originally from Idaho Falls but currently lives in Washington Terrace with his wife and kids. When Jaren is not drafting, he enjoys swimming, building computers, and playing board and computer games.
KELSEY EAVES, Civil
Kelsey joins Reeve & Associates as an essential member of the civil team as a designer. She is currently working on a degree in civil engineering at Utah State University. With more than 7 years of experience in drafting, she has the skills to ensure a successful project. Kelsey finds gratification in her work when she sees the finished project. She is constantly striving to learn new things, gain experience and constantly improve herself.
When Kelsey is not working or going to school, you can find her snow skiing or water skiing. She also enjoys motocross and dirt biking with her 250 Kawasaki and traveling the world. A fun fact about her is that she gets a new tattoo every place that she travels to. She got her first tattoo when she was 15 in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
NICHOLAS FICKLAN, Civil
Nick is a civil designer at Reeve & Associates. He is originally from Mobile, Alabama where he attended Bishop State Community College before moving to Utah. He enjoys the creativity and functionality involved in civil designs and is motivated to create high quality designs.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Trigger. He likes to go fishing and camping as well as being outdoors as often as he can.
Bob oversees preparing ALTAs, legal descriptions, boundary, topography, GPS, and construction survey activities. As both a professional engineer and land surveyor, he brings the depth of experience necessary for managing complex site and land development projects. He prepares ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys used to determine property lines, locate improvements and identify easements, utilities, schedule B exceptions and many other conditions affecting the property. He coordinates placement targets for Aerial Surveys often used when surveying large tracts of land such as golf courses, forests or quarries. When Bob is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Nick moved to Roy, Utah in 2015 after making the long, daily, and miserable commute from the Salt Lake Valley for nearly 10 years.
He has an Associates of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design and is currently in the Surveying/Geomatics program at Salt Lake Community College. He has worked at Reeve and Associates since May of 2005. He won the first ever Employee of the Month award in December of 2006.
In his free time Nick manages a pro (fantasy) football team. His favorite thing to do is to attend the University of Utah football games with his friends and fellow Utah fans but he also enjoys duck hunting, camping, and lifting heavy things. He has never been married (if you can believe that) and has no kid’s other than his dog (daughter) named Natty. Things he dislikes are BYU, Cheetos, and Spiders.
Matt is married with four children. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending all of his kids various activities.
BRANDON LAKE, Survey
Brandon is an integral member of the survey team. He joined Reeve & Associates in 2016.
Brandon was born and raised in Castle Dale, Utah. He is married with six kids ranging from 2 to 21. When he is not working, he likes to spend his time in the outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and shooting guns.
ALAN BENNION, Structure
A natural course of study for these interests was Construction Management at BYU and Architecture at the University of Utah. When Alan worked in Salt Lake City he would spend his lunch hours observing construction sites downtown. These daily “site visits” have allowed him to see details of how real materials fit together structurally, and has led to a greater understanding when drawing details and modeling projects in 3D. Alan has been with Reeve and Associates for 8+ years and specializes in 3D modeling and BIM. He works in Revit, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.
In his spare time Alan can be found working on Stained Glass andWoodworking projects in his home shop. He has recently completed two barn door projects, the second project he manufactured all the hardware in his shop. He loves to spend time with his wife and kids. He enjoys camping, dutch oven cooking, smoking ribs, and working in his yard.
Taylor grew up in South Weber and continues to live there with his family. He is the youngest of 4 siblings. When he is not in the field working, he enjoys gaming and programming.
JASON GUNDMUNDSON, Structure
Jason is a proud Utah State University graduate. He received both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in the field of civil engineering at USU.
Jason started working part-time at Reeve & Associates while finishing his final year of schooling and became a full-time employee in May of 2017. Jason works in the structural department here at Reeve & Associates.
Jason is a big sports fan. He especially enjoys cheering on his Aggies and the Utah Jazz. In his free time he enjoys participating in sporting events, outdoor recreation, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with his wife and family.
Zachery Bennion, Structural
Zac joined Reeve & Associates as a structural designer. He is currently going to school at Weber State University. He works in Revit, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD. Zac is motivated by a good challenge and enjoys learning and resource management.
Zac likes to spend his free time riding his motorcycle, playing strategy games and story role playing games. He is the oldest of 4 siblings.

JEFFREY (J.D) LUNDGREEN, Structure
Jeffrey (J.D.) Lundgreen joins Reeve & Associates as a member of the structural team. In his role, J.D. will provide project design as a structural engineer, EIT. He is a graduate of Utah State University where he earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering and then later earned his master of engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. J.D. brings a wealth of experience to the team with experience in wood, masonry, concrete and steel. His experience has enabled him to work on a variety of projects varying in size and scope including both large and small scale projects such as schools, residential projects, commercial & civic buildings, and retail.
J.D. is a Utah native from Monroe. He likes music, reading and the Utah Jazz. He spends his free time snowboarding, doing home improvement projects, spending time outdoors and woodworking. He also really enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
DREW WILLARD, Structure
Drew Willard, PE joins Reeve & Associates as a member of the structural team. In his role, Drew will provide project design as a structural engineer. He played football at SUU for 4 years before transferring to Utah State to finish up his degree in engineering. He earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering and then later earned his master of engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. He is a member of SEAU and AISC.
Drew was born and raised in Utah. He spends his free time with his wife and kids, going to the ball park, doing home improvement projects and fly fishing.
John Reeve, Land Planning
John Reeve is a professional civil engineer, structural engineer, and land surveyor. His career began at the age of 7 while helping his dad with surveying tasks.By the age of 12 his summers were devoted to helping out in the family business providing general office support when he was younger then evolving into design and drafting when he was in college. He began slowly shifting the company’s focus from municipal engineering to large-scale land and commercial development projects in the private arena. He has planned, engineered, and managed the construction of over $90 million in site utility and roadway projects in the last 15 years. From working in the Ogden valley for over 40 years planning and engineering civil infrastructure systems, his depth of knowledge of mountainside development in the Upper Valley of Weber County is unparalleled.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending his time with his wife, children and grandchildren. John also enjoys traveling with his family.
EMILEE ROCHE
She focuses on subdivision design as well as supporting the land planning team. Emilee graduated from Weber State University with her degree in Computer Design Graphics Technology.
Emilee loves the outdoors and spends her free time four-wheeling with her husband and daughter. If she is not outdoors, she enjoys watching football.
CLINT KINGSLEY, Land Planning
and has gained a knowledge and experience in the field of Civil Engineering, especially in subdivision design, which is his primary focus at Reeve & Associates. He works together with our engineers to complete construction drawings that include the design of underground utilities and above ground grading & drainage. He is constantly working to learn more about design to perfect his skills in this diverse field.
Clint’s hobbies include backpacking, fishing, hunting, gaming, and helping with his horses at home. He has backpacked in many places, including the Grand Canyon, the mountains in Utah, and the coasts of California. He enjoys video editing, spending time with his family, & watching movies.
DENISE AULTMAN, Accounting Mngr
Denise is the Receptionist/Project Assistant for Reeve & Associates. She specializes in routing phone calls, scheduling, maintaining the office files and assisting with accounts payable.
When Denise is not working, she likes to do anything outside. She enjoys hiking and fishing with her husband Charles and spending time with her granddaughter Peyton who is the reason she moved to Utah. She enjoys gardening, cooking and trying new recipes out on her family. Her and her husband have a blended family consisting of her Son & Daughter and his two Daughters and Son. They have eight grandchildren.
